In Week 3 we will be adding back in beans, FODMAPs, and grains under the following guidelines:
If you have a known sensitivity or allergy to any beans, FODMAP, or grain do not add them back into your menu.
If your bringing in FODMAP foods and you think you are having an issue with them, bring in a very small amount and just test it and see how it goes.
If you are someone who has IBS, Chron’s Ulcerative Colitis, Diverticulitis, if you have digestive issues or digestive surgeries, etc.. stay away from the grains. They will tear up your digestive track
Continue to stay Gluten free. If you have pastas, breads, etc.. make sure that they do not include Gluten.
