A Detox based on Science not the latest Fad

Your liver is responsible for over 500 metabolic functions. It is your mains detoxifying organ. When your liver becomes overburdened with toxins, processed foods, medicines, alcohol, sugar, stress hormones, etc…it goes into survival mode.

When your liver goes from thriving to surviving, we see metabolic problems such as:

  • Weight gain
  • Abdominal Bloating

  • Remove the sources that are doing damage to your body as best as you can.

    Instead of eating processed foods, eat natural whole foods. Go organic if you can to eliminate the amount of pesticides you are taking it. Drink filtered water only. The amount of chemicals and medications in our water system is obscene. Our bodies were not designed to absorb this many toxins.

  • Do a liver detox once every 3 months.

    If you were to take your car in for a tune up and they didn’t change out the oil filter, how do you think would your car still run? Pretty bad right?

  • Change our daily habits

    We can start be eating healthier, but if we do not clean up the mess we have made, your liver will still be working the same…poorly. Your metabolic issues will still be there. The weight will not budge. You will remain tired, sluggish and frustrated.
